advertising for them (Archbold, this is your chance man!) please, don’t be
shy now!}

^{Maryann Baenninger recently signed the “presidents
climate commitement”, which
among other things states that our schools is on the verge of pure
awesomeness. For the entire commitment, click here:

- ^{As a
  club, and mainly as concerned students, this is our chance to get a
  hand in the future of our school’s environmental impact and change
  the scene. Some members of echo, along with some members of Campus
  Greens met on Wednesday and sat down and compiled some formal
  spreadsheets of data for cost-effective projects to present to
  presidents Rienhart and Baenninger in hopes that they will pick some
  of them for implementation and to expedite their actions. The
  proposals that made the most progress (to my knowledge) were: Green
  Roofing, Industrial composting (to provide fertilizer from our food
  waste), beefing up the recycling initiatives, using biofuels in
  certain places, a bike sharing program, and an organic
  garden/perennial fruit grove/brewery.
  
  THANK YOU to all that
  showed up (Shannon, Kitty, Rochelle, J.J., Ephie, Danielle, Meg,
  Marty, Sophia and more) this is something that WILL happen again in
  the future.}
